Join us for the 12th annual Worship Leaders Retreat in beautiful Estes Park! If you are a worship leader in the Western United States, please join us for this time of worship, community, prayer and relaxation. During the retreat you will have ample time to reconnect with old friends, build new relationships, worship together, pray for one another, spend quiet time with the Lord, and just hang out in the magnificent Rocky Mountains!

F.A.Q

What is this retreat about?

Within this 3 day event, we will worship together, pray for one another, share resources, meet new friends, connect with the Lord while surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains, and generally have a lot of fun. Our main goal is to provide a place of refreshing, renewal, and connection for you, the worship leader. Our hope is that through this retreat, we can all develop a closer walk with God and deeper relationship with our co-laborers in this thing called worship. This event is not intended to be a "consumer driven" event, so come ready to share and receive. There is such a wealth of resources that God has deposited in each one of us. We need each other; giving and receiving. This should prove to be a great retreat; we hope you will all prayerfully consider attending this year. We look forward to seeing you there!

What is included in the cost of registration?

Prices listed are the cost for ONE individual registration and include 3 nights lodging, 8 meals and conference fees. (The "No Lodging" rate includes 8 meals and conference fees for local residents only.).  Please note that travel is NOT included in the price of any registration. 

Who can come? 

Any senior or main service worship leader, staff worship leader, small group worship leader, or youth worship leader. 

What are my room options?

You can register for a single, double, triple or party room.  For a private room, register at the "Singe Room" rate.  If you'd like to share with one other person, register at the "Double Room" rate.  For a room with TWO other people, register at the "Triple Room" rate.  And if you'd like to save a little money then you can register at the "Party Room" rate with FOUR other people.

What is a "Party Room"?

"Party Rooms" can hold up to FIVE people total.  Each room has 2 sets of bunk beds and a full size bed, along with its own bathroom.  Party Rooms are a lot of fun and a great way to save a few dollars!

If I register at the "Double", "Triple" or "Party" Room rate, do I need to register enough people to fill the room?

No. If you’d like to register for at the "Double", "Triple" or "Party" room rate and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you with some wonderful new friends!

Do I need to know my roommates before I register? 

No. When you register you will see a space which allows you to make roommate requests and we do our best to accommodate these requests.  However, if you’d like to register for a double room, triple room, or party room and don’t have any specific roommate requests, we would be happy to take care of that for you and put you with some wonderful new friends!

What if something comes up and I have to cancel? 

Please note that there is a $75 cancellation fee until January 4, 2010.  After January 4, 2010 we will be unable to provide any refunds or cancellations.

What is the schedule like?

Typical daily schedule (subject to change)

7am - 9am breakfast
9:30am - 11:30am morning session (worship and small group time)
11:30am – 1:00pm lunch

1pm - 5pm free time (Elective topical discussion forms from 1:30 pm – 3pm & 3:30p - 5pm)
5pm – 7pm dinner
7pm – 9pm evening session (worship and large group time)
9pm - 10pm small group time
10pm - ? free time
